Bakery Training at BNG Hotel Management Kolkata
This area deals with highly sophisticated equipment’s installed to provide bakery training of basic Bakery and confectionery products such as sponge, pies, cookies, biscuits, pudding, soufflé, mousse, ice cream, cake and chocolate works.The training is conducted by specialized Bakery chef.
BNG Hotel Management Kolkata trains the students with necessary bakery skills & techniques to become an entrepreneur. The hospitality industry and bakery sector consists of various large food items like breads, biscuits and cakes etc. The bakery industry has achieved second position in generating revenue among the Indian processed food sector. Bakery Training Practical is divided into one year and scheduled as compulsory for 6 hrs a week.
