Mousse
Mousse is a dessert with whipped cream as base, sometimes stabilized with gelatin & chilled with a mold.
Mousse incorporates air bubbles to give it a light & airy texture. It can be light n fluffy, sweet or savory or creamy & thick, depending on methods of preparation. Dessert mousses are normally made with whipped egg whites or whipped cream, and flavored with chocolate or fruit. For savory mousse, hard-boiled egg, fish or liver are be used.

INGREDIENTS
- Milk-500ml
- Egg-2pc
- Gelatine-15 Gm
- Cream-15 Gm
- Coffee Essence-Few Drops
- Sugar-5gm
- Cherries-5-6 Pcs
INSTRUCTIONS
- Soak geletine in little warm water.
- Separate yolk & white of eggs.
- Beat yolk & sugar thoroughly.
- Warm milk & pour over the egg, sugar mixture.
- Now cook this mixture in bain-marie process till it thickens.
- Remove, add dissolved geletine & essence.
- Cool & fold stiffy beaten egg whites.
- Set in fridge.
- Turn out & decorate with whipped cream & cherries.

- Fresh cream-300 ml
- Geletine-1/2 tsp
- Strawberry crush-1 tbsp
- Strawberry or cherry (garnish)-1pic
Instructions
- Soak geletine in little warm water.
- Mix it with cream.
- Add strawberry crush.
- Mix it properly.
- Fill this mixture in campaign glass.
- Keep in fridge for some time to set.
- Garnish chilled with cream, strawberry or cherry

- Mix it well with cream.
- Add some mango pulp.
- Mix it properly.
- Fill this mixture in campaign glass.
- Keep in fridge for some time to set.
- Garnish chilled with cream mango slice.
