National Tourism Day
BNG proudly celebrated National Tourism Day on 25th January with great enthusiasm and active participation from students and faculty members. The celebration aimed to highlight the importance of tourism in promoting cultural exchange, economic growth, and national pride.
The event began with an awareness rally organized by the students, where participants carried colorful placards and shared messages promoting responsible and sustainable tourism. The rally helped spread awareness about India’s rich cultural heritage, historical landmarks, and diverse traditions.
A seminar session was also conducted to educate students about career opportunities in the tourism and hospitality industry. Faculty members spoke about the role of tourism in boosting employment, supporting local communities, and strengthening the country’s global image.
Interactive activities such as quizzes, presentations, and discussions encouraged students to explore India’s hidden gems and understand the value of preserving natural and cultural resources. The celebration inspired students to become ambassadors of tourism and promote the spirit of “Incredible India.”
Through this meaningful observance of National Tourism Day, BNG reaffirmed its commitment to nurturing future professionals in the tourism and hospitality sector while fostering awareness about sustainable travel and cultural appreciation.
